Create Expert Content Using PLR + Video (Free Transcribe Method)

At Tools For Motivation, our main focus is providing done-for-you content to save you the time/effort/hassle of creating everything from scratch.

However, simply buying PLR content does not eliminate the importance of getting good at creating your own, unique material that highlights and demonstrates your expertise. 

In this lesson, I want to show you how you can use PLR as a tool to extract awesome content from your own brain that showcases your knowledge.

Sometimes you need to create content for a specific purpose:

For example, if you are selling a 3 week webinar series, you have to create the content for each week (like slides and hand outs) and then deliver the content on your chosen platform.

Other times you might just want to create content and decide how to use it later (the focus of this lesson/video):

If the content is in line with what you sell, this will always be worth doing because content can be used in so many different ways.

For example, I did a WordPress webinar forever ago. The presentation became a video, a slide deck, a transcript with tip sheet. I used it on youtube, within products, as bonus content, even as the basis for emails I was writing to my audience.

Getting Good At Sharing Your Advice:

Today I want to show you an exercise that will not only help you pump out content, but will help you get better at extracting good material from your own head. And we are going to use PLR as a catalyst.

The Job:

Create a short video that lets you share valuable advice based on your topic of expertise.

The Outcome:

Turn this into an in-depth piece of content that can be used in MANY ways in your business.

The Inputs:

You need 2 things…

1 – A topic you know well and feel confident giving advice about
2 – A PLR article on the same topic

The Process:

Extract 3-5 points from the article that you can talk about
(Share a point, Tell a story (before and after), Give tips to do it better)

Put those points into a simple slide deck

Record yourself presenting the 3-5 topics

Upload to Youtube

Use the transcribe feature to build your extended piece of content

• Tip 1: remove time stamps
• Tip 2: remove line spacing by doing a Find/Replace
  • Search for all instances of ^p
  • Replace with <blank>

* Save the video, audio, slides and text output to be used as content you can publish *
