Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized affiliate of "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc., you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. service as an affiliate. By signing up for the "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

NOTE: Affiliates are not permitted to purchase products or memberships from their own affiliate URL.

Affiliates who use spam or "black hat" means will find their affiliate accounts and commissions terminated without notice. 

ABSOLUTELY NO COUPON SITES ALLOWED. 

Payments are made on affiliate balances over $30 on a weekly basis.

Terms and Conditions:

1)Spam. Under no circumstances shall you send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the "Act"], with respect to the Tools For Motivation affiliate program. For clarification, this does not prohibit you from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. reserve the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any and all compensation related to the content you send via commercial electronic mail messages.

2) Minimum Age. You agree that you are 18 years of age or older on the date that you first approve the terms hereof. You agree that you are in a jurisdiction where participation in the "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. Affiliate Program does not violate any law, ordinance, regulation or standard.

3) Commissions and Payments. We will pay you a commission equal to your approved percent of sale (after deduction of credit card processing fees and any consignment/royalty fees) for each approved sale.

For a sale to generate a commission, the customer must follow the link from your website to our website, buy a product and remit full payment to us. However, no commission will be paid for orders that are refunded, not paid for, undeliverable or where payment is credited to any customer.

4) Payments. Commissions will be paid every 7-14 days, to your PayPal account for the previous week’s sales. "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. reserve the right to hold or cancel any payments we deem necessary if in violation of our agreement.

5) Interruption of Service. Although "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. will try to keep the service operational at all times, a certain amount of downtime and interruption of service is always possible and inevitable. "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. is not responsible for any interruption of the service and Affiliate agrees not to hold "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. liable for any consequences of interruption of any service.

6) Fraud. "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. also retain the right to review all commissions for possible fraud. Any incidence of fraud constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and "Tools For Motivation" and BYAM Digital Inc. retain full authority to terminate your account or commissions accordingly.
