Ebooks are the right tool when your audience needs to understand a topic — the concepts, the landscape, the ideas. They give readers information they can come back to, reference, and think through. That's a real job, and ebooks do it well. They remain a core part of how we deliver content, and the format isn't going anywhere.
Courses are the right tool when your audience needs to learn a skill or master a body of material — with videos, exercises, and a progression that builds over time. They go deeper than ebooks and create a more active learning experience. They do their job exceptionally well, and they're still a central part of what we release.
But there's a third need neither format is built for: walking a specific person through a specific problem to a committed action, start to finish. That's a different job. A Problem-to-Solution Framework is the tool designed specifically for it.
A P2S Framework is a five-document working system. One Orientation Guide up front, followed by four distinct phases. Each phase has one job. Each phase produces one concrete output your reader finishes with. By the end, they haven't just read about a problem. They've walked through it.

"Here's what you're about to do, and why it works."
Before the reader starts solving anything, they need to understand what they're walking into. The Orientation Guide introduces the framework, sets expectations, explains why each phase exists, and tells them exactly what they'll finish with.
It's the document that transforms a reader from a passive consumer of content into an active participant in their own process. By the end of it, they're oriented, committed, and ready to begin.
"Name what's actually keeping you stuck, specifically."
Most people describe their idea-chasing in vague terms. "I just can't stick with anything." "I always do this." That vagueness is itself the first obstacle, since you can't solve a problem you can't describe. Phase 1 walks the reader through naming the problem in concrete, specific terms.
Not what it feels like. Not the general pattern. What it actually is, in their specific situation: which projects, which moments, and what the switching costs them. This is where generic focus advice stops, and where a P2S framework begins.
"Understand what's actually driving it."
Symptoms are loud. Causes are quiet. Phase 2 walks the reader beneath the surface of their pivoting to identify what's actually reinforcing it: the pull of novelty, an identity tied to starting rather than finishing, and the boredom that arrives in the messy middle of any real project.
Critically, this phase separates what the reader can influence from what they can't. Most approaches to idea-chasing fail because they target the wrong layer. P2S doesn't let them skip that distinction.
"Pick a solution that actually fits your life."
Generic advice is the enemy of real change. "Just pick one thing." "Have more discipline." "Stop starting." These are slogans, not solutions, because they don't account for who the reader is, or what's specifically driving their switching.
Phase 3 helps the reader choose a solution direction grounded in their own defined problem and their own identified root causes. It's the opposite of prescriptive. The reader builds their own path, with structure.
"Decide what you're actually going to do."
Every other self-help format ends with inspiration. P2S ends with a decision. Phase 4 asks the reader to commit to exactly one concrete action — with a timeframe, and a prepared response to the obstacle most likely to derail them.
One action. Not ten. Not a plan. An action. Because a single committed action that actually happens is worth more than a twenty-item transformation list that doesn't. This is where insight becomes behavior.
Because P2S is a working system — not a passive ebook or a linear course — it adapts to the three ways you can actually deliver this kind of content to your audience.
Rebrand the framework, package it as a low-ticket offer or premium resource, and sell it as a standalone transformation product on your site. Comes with a full sales copy kit built for this exact model.
Walk clients through the five documents inside one-on-one coaching, small groups, or workshops. The phase structure maps directly onto a coaching arc — orient, define, diagnose, solve, commit.
Sell the digital product as a front-end offer, then use the framework as the backbone of a follow-on coaching program or group cohort. One asset, two revenue streams, one coherent experience.
Everything you need to put this framework to work in your business on day one — whether you're selling it as a digital product, delivering it through coaching, or running both at the same time.
Full onboarding walkthrough and PLR license. Explains what's included, how the P2S format works, customization guidance, and ready-to-use business models — so you can go from download to launch without second-guessing.
