This is very helpful. I notice that no mention was made of using AI? I would consider pasting the text from your word document into a powerful AI Chatbot, such as Chat GTP 4.0 and using a fully detailed prompt, get it rewritten to priduce the output you had in mind (which you can explain to the AI bot). If done properly, this could reduce the time substantially, thus improving your productivity by enabling you to create more content in a given amount of time.
